How do I get a refund if I’m not happy with my purchase?

You don’t need to worry, though, because everything is set up for you. For each prepaid order, we provide a refund via PayPal or credit card. Orders for cash on delivery, however, are not accepted for this. Orders paid for with cash on delivery will be reimbursed as The Korean Beauty Store Credit, which will appear in your official account with The Korean Beauty Store.

Should you have used a credit or debit card to make your purchase, you have the option to request a refund when you return your merchandise to The Korean Beauty Store. To initiate a return request, simply log into your account at The Korean Beauty Store and make sure it is made within 30 days of the delivery date. Your products must also be undamaged, in good shape, and with their original tags.

Refunds can be issued back to your credit/debit card or as The Korean Beauty Store Credit. That’s it!

Terms and conditions for Return/Exchange

  • You can only make Return/Exchange when the item has not exceeded 30 days from the delivery date
  • The item must be in good condition, must not be used and it must carry its original tag
  • Finally, it must also be in the same brand box with which you received it.
